With a background in both elite sport and NHS musculoskeletal medicine, Dr Kelly-Louise Blaze is an experienced Sports and Exercise Medicine doctor and GP with a specialist interest in joint injections and sports injury management.
She is currently Team Doctor for Worcester Warriors Rugby Club and previously worked with Leicester Tigers, providing assessment, treatment and rehabilitation planning for professional athletes. Alongside this, she leads specialist MSK and injection clinics in primary care, helping patients avoid unnecessary hospital referrals and return safely to activity.
Dr Blaze offers evidence-based treatment for a wide range of conditions including arthritis, shoulder and knee pain, foot and ankle disorders, and sports injuries, focusing on accurate diagnosis and long-term recovery rather than temporary relief.
