Our Story
It all started when our founder Milan, an over 50s England walking football player, began having difficulties with his knee. After multiple operations, he was given the heart-wrenching news that he may never play football again.
After exhausting every traditional path to rehabilitation, Milan met with Neil, who has over 20 years of physiotherapy experience working in professional football and Premiership rugby. He introduced Milan to an innovative new treatment known as MBST (Molecular Biophysical Stimulation Therapy).
After a course of treatment on the MBST machine, Milan was astonished to find a significant reduction in his pain, and it wasn’t long before he was back on the pitch playing for his country. Following on from this victory, Milan, Geri, and Neil came together to create a specialised health and wellness clinic to help others in situations where traditional healthcare falls short.
The trio found a home in the heart of Barnt Green for their clinic and thoroughly revitalised the space to create a calm and welcoming oasis for their new clients.

Director
One of the founders and directors of Regener8 Healthcare, Milan Mazic is an experienced businessman and professional walking footballer, having played for England’s veteran team. It was a sports injury that led him to discover the power of MBST Therapy, which got him back on the pitch after a debilitating knee injury.
Now passionate about providing the same relief to others in his situation, Milan has brought highly qualified specialists together to provide a vast range of aesthetic and wellness treatments and innovative therapies at our modern clinic in Barnt Green.
Medical Director
As a highly qualified nurse specialist with over 30 years of experience, Geri brings invaluable medical experience to the team here at Regener8 Healthcare. She ensures every procedure is carried out to the highest possible standards, safeguarding our clients through every treatment.
Geri is an active member of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses and Complications in Medical Aesthetic Collaborative (CMAC), offering clients total peace of mind during any aesthetic procedure.
Physiotherapist
Neil is our highly qualified physiotherapist and MBST expert. He has served as the head physiotherapist for multiple football clubs including Peterborough United, Oxford United, and eight years at Derby County along with consulting roles in premiership rugby, before starting out as an independent physiotherapist and joining forces with the Regener8 team.
Neil is on hand to address any of our client’s concerns regarding chronic pain, sports injuries, ligament damage and mobility issues, combining over 20 years in the field with revolutionary methods and equipment.
Clinic Manager
Justine is our clinic manager with over 30 years of experience in business. She deals with all of the day-to-day admin at Regener8, booking appointments, and offering specialist advice to those who call the clinic in search of treatment information and recommendations.
Justine is no stranger to personal health concerns. She is waiting with an empathetic ear to hear about your journey so far and offer honest and straightforward advice.
